The property is a 20-minute drive from the river beach and park at Châteauneuf-sur-Charente, and also 20 minutes to the towns of Cognac and Jarnac, both set on the banks of the Charente River with many attractions such as tours, restaurants, parks, and museums. Barbezieux-Saint-Hilaire is 15 minutes away and features a beautiful château. The newly renovated Château de Bouteville is just 5 minutes away.
